The Basics: Medical, Dental, Vision

 

As an employer the Health Insurance companies expect you to cover half of the cost of your least expensive plan for each employee.

In other words, you can offer a Bronze plan with a high deductible as your base plan and offer to pay 50% of the employee only cost, then allow your employees to buy up to a silver or gold plan with a lower copay or deductible, you pay the same amount no matter which plan they choose and they cover the difference.

Start with a Gold base plan and let them buy up to Platinum. Offer a free low option Dental plan with a buy up high option and a free vision plan.

Offer all or most available lines of coverage, you'll qualify for multi-line discounts and you can still choose voluntary or contributory coverages for most lines. With integrated payroll up-to-date employee deductions will automatically be included each time payroll is cut.
